This course is aimed at the complete beginners; it will introduce participants to the gentle and effective complementary therapies Indian head massage, aromatherapy and an introduction to Reiki, outlining their theories, benefits and practical application to a range of common conditions. Each session will involve “hands on” practice, all to help relax the mind and body.
