This course is for anyone, it will help participants learn to be more assertive and improve their ability to negotiate in everyday life situations. Through discussion and tailored activities, they will explore how to communicate effectively in a direct, open and honest way, whilst respecting the needs and rights of others as well as their own. After completion, they are encouraged to progress to skills for life courses and gain a nationally recognized certificate.
