FLRU encourages and supports applications from students who wish to undertake postgraduate research at either MPhil or doctoral level into any issues relating to the research detailed above. Interested candidates can approach any member of the Unit to discuss their proposal.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for the MPhil/PhD are expected to hold a first degree in law, with at least a strong 2:i classification (or equivalent). Most applicants will also be expected to have a postgraduate qualification in law or a related discipline (for example an LLM or other Masters degree); however this is not an absolute requirement and each application will be assessed on its own merits.
