Course info
The course is designed to re-orientate non-cognate degree graduates into a rewarding career in building surveying. The programme aims to focus primarily on strategic and managerial skills whilst developing a sound technical basis for their practical application. It provides an appreciation and understanding of significant factors constraining the effective management and development of the urban environment, e.g. physical, legal, economic and technological issues, and equips the student with the necessary skills, core knowledge and understanding of how the urban environment works with a commercial building surveying environment.

Entry Requirements
Candidates must posses a good degree or other qualifications deemed to be equivalent. They will need the ability and commitment to sustain a rigorous programme of study. In some circumstances candidates with non-standard qualifications may be accepted subject to the APEL process (accreditation of prior experience and learning).
