Course info
The overall aim of the course is education and training for successful and responsible careers in clinical pharmacy. These clinical pharmacists will be equipped to promote, develop and assess clinical pharmacy services within their profession, which will be direct benefit to the health services and to the patients they serve. The course has developed through a successful formula during recent years, incorporating delivery of study days from interdisciplinary teams and recognising the value of practice-based training under the mentorship of trained local tutors.

Entry Requirements
Students will be graduates in pharmacy and, in addition, will be required to be currently working in a hospital pharmacy within reasonable travelling distance from the University. On completion of the application form, students will be invited for interview, prior to admission to the course. For entry to the MSc, the University also accepts students who have obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from another institution or who are members of the College of Pharmacy Practice.
