This course covers accounting standards and abstracts, auditing standards, new legislation, audit regulation, ethical matters and practical client service issues. By attending this course, participants will gain a clear understanding of the forthcoming and recent changes in accounting and auditing standards, an insight into the practical implications of the changes and their effect on clients, an understanding of the professional, ethical and regulatory developments affecting general practitioners. The course includes 3 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
